This notice describes the current Founder Beta data-handling boundary for account, organization, workspace, onboarding, support, and access-request data. It will evolve as the service and commercial model mature.
To provide authentication, tenant-scoped workspaces, onboarding, security checks, customer support, and reliability signals.
Do not store sensitive regulated data unless your organization has reviewed compliance requirements.
Access requests may include name, work email, company, business type, priority, review status, and invite status.
Folvern may capture basic local beta events, route views, recoverable errors, health checks, and uptime indicators.
Beta users can request organization export or deletion review. Deletion is founder-reviewed and not automatic.

Folvern uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Workspace data is separated by organization membership and row-level security. Users remain responsible for data accuracy, permission to upload data, and compliance obligations that apply to their business.
During beta, operational telemetry is limited to product health, route-level usage, access request status, onboarding progress, and recoverable error visibility. Folvern does not use this beta foundation for external advertising integrations.
Before paid activation or broader general availability, this notice should be reviewed by qualified counsel and aligned with final data-retention, export, deletion, analytics, and subprocessor practices.
